About Me

Hi, I'm Julie Landau.

I've sat where you're sitting.
Not metaphorically.

For seventeen years I led teams, transformations, and high-growth businesses across Europe and Asia, including leadership roles within Alibaba Group.

I know what it's like to carry responsibility that follows you home.
To keep delivering while something essential quietly goes offline.
To look successful on paper and know there's another conversation waiting underneath it all.

My greatest lessons didn't come from leadership frameworks.
They came from rebuilding myself.

From burnout. From reinvention. From learning that achievement and aliveness are not the same thing.

When I left corporate, I chose to go deeper. I trained with some of the world's most respected coaches and teachers. Not because I needed another qualification. Because I wanted to understand what actually changes people.

The ceiling leaders hit is rarely capability.
It's the identity they've learned to lead from.
